Will there be any outages when moving to Slingshot's broadband service?

Yes, some customers may experience an brief outage.

This is generally due to the broadband service being supplied by Slingshot now instead of your previous supplier. Try plugging your Slingshot-supplied modem in and you should connect again automatically. 

Our aim is to make the transition to Slingshot broadband as smooth as possible so if you do find that your services aren't working, first of all try rebooting your modem. If that does work, please give our technical support department a ring on 0800 89 2027. Chances are they'll be able to get you connected again straight away!
