Will I be able to check my monthly broadband data usage?
Yes, you can view your online usage through Visibill and the My Account section of the Slingshot website. You will also be sent email notification when you reach 75% of your monthly data cap and again once you reach 100%.
Once your reach your data cap your connection will decrease to dial-up speeds. Further data can be purchased via 'My Account' to regain your speed.
Viewing your data usage through My Account
- First of all, log in to My Account.
- On the left-hand side of the screen, you should see a column titled: "YOUR DATA ALLOWANCE". This will let you see at a glance how much monthly data you've accrued, and how much you have used. For example, in the below image you can see
- This user has 1146 GB worth of data (this is made up of a large amount of Rollover Data.
- The user also has used around 115 gigabytes.
