If you still want to cancel though, then you can do this by contacting us by email (click here) or by calling *888# for the one screen menu or calling 6888 for the voice menu. Alternatively, please give us a call on 0800 89 2000 and one of our friendly staff will assist you with closing your account.
When you cancel, your mobile services will stop as soon as the request is made. Your current Slingshot mobile number will be lost and after 14 days any roll over data you have accumulated will expire.
If you transfer your mobile number to another provider, your Mobile plan will stop immediately.
If you change your mind on cancelling you can log back in to www.mobile.slingshot.co.nz and purchase a new plan bundle to re-activate.
